What is the minimum number of guests to book an event?
Typically, a minimum of 15-25 guests is required to book an event, however, each location varies depending on the event spaces available.
Is a deposit required to book an event?
Nothing is required to book your event other than a signed contract and credit card on file. All payments are due at the conclusion of the event.
What is a food & beverage minimum?
A food and beverage minimum is a mandatory dollar amount that you have to spend on food and drinks. Minimums are quoted before tax and 20% gratuity.
How far in advance can I book an event?
An event must be booked with a sign contract and credit card on file at least 7-days prior to the event date. If you are wanting a buffet, the menu must be finalized at that time.
When do I need to submit my final headcount?
You have up until 7-days prior to the event to adjust your headcount.
How long of a time duration do I have for my event?
Events are quoted as a 2.5-hour timeframe. This timeframe includes set-up and clean-up time. If you need a longer timeframe, your quote may be adjusted.
Are patio events weather proof?
Uncovered patios are weather permitting only. If bad weather occurs, patio events will be rescheduled or cancelled. No cancellation fees or costs will occur.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Events and large parties may be cancelled up to 72-hours prior to the event date if there is no buffet. For events with a buffet, cancellations must be made 7-days prior to the event date.
Are all types of decorations allowed?
Confetti, confetti balloons, glitter, temporary stickers, and things hard to clean up are not allowed. Regular scotch tape must be used to hang any banners, signs, or balloons.
Am I allowed to bring in a birthday cake?
Yes, birthday cakes and outside desserts are allowed. All other food & beverage is not allowed.
